Dorothy is swept overboard while traveling to Australia with Uncle Henry, and washes ashore in the mysterious Land of Ev. There she meets, a talking hen, Billina, and Tik-Tok, a mechanical man. Together, they face off against the bizarre Wheelers and the vain Princess Langwidere, who collects interchangeable heads.
